Ralph Waldo Emerson: "Nature is the mirror in which we can see the reflection of our own true self." May my search through nature lead me to myself. May I feel my feelings and not get swept up by them my feelings are important and they point me to the place I need to think and be creative and to express my emotions is a way of being an artist, and to be OK with the messiness of my emotions and not get swept along by them all the time.
