bonnyville or bust

in every new life a little rain must fall. new job. new town. I must get to the nitty gritty of what makes me tickishly delighted. what i want to do when i do nothing else. i must remember to make space in my life to breathe and that even though it is new it does not mean that i am all better. it takes time to re-learn an entire life especially when i am wanting to get it right for me.
so i sp[end my day in the trees- miles and miles of green. It is a industrial sized nursery for a industrialized problem of cutting down too many trees. I want to learn all i can. I want to work and dig my fingers into the dirt. though i need to remember that i must not take myself too too seriously.

beartrap ho!

i start tomorrow. a different adventure. i stop forgetting my spirit at the door of the classroom. i start to remember that i actually like myself. i stop trying to please and push others to do what i do not care for. I start let it go if others do not like me or what i do because it is more then fine dance your own dance. I will grow trees this summer and then we shall see where i go in the fall. another gloriously mad adventure. hopefully this is will be a glorious adventure. it is better to love where you are right now though if you cannot love it. . . for whatever reason and you can leave and to go where you do lovely things. . .for goodness sake - go. go now!

questioning

I have just finished a school day that was sweet but not joyful. Children are full of love. They can positively spark off with excitement, wonder and creativity. In their eyes i can be revived in my heart and spirit or i can grit and grid my teeth. It can be so blastedly unfair that spme children do with out and with less. . .love, attention, resources. And especially in the same city, just a few kilometres apart. How is it possible that the world has come to this?
